Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used items
• Items damaged due to improper handling
• Custom or personalized orders
